Your application has been submitted and emailed to our staff. We will be contacting you soon to discuss ministry possibilities for you this summer at Camp Arnold. We have sent an email to the Reference addresses you provided in your application. Please remind your references visit our website to fill out the recommendation form as soon as possible. We will be unable to interview you until at least two of these recommendations are submitted.

Once we’ve heard back from two of your references you’ll receive an email with a link to Calenderly – a website that will allow you to choose a day and time to interview. During the interview we’ll ask you a few questions but we welcome you to spend this time questioning us as well. If you have any questions about what it is like to work at a summer camp, what our program looks like, dress codes, or anything at all, this would be a great time to ask us.

If you haven’t already you should visit our webpage “Why Work at a Summer Camp?” The webpage will give you a lot of insight about why working at a summer camp is a great boost for your resume in the future. You’ll demonstrate and learn a LOT of skills that employers are looking for.

If you are under the age of 18 you’ll need a Parent or Guardian to also fill out a consent form. You’ll find that form below, simply have it completed and send it to Steve.

GET RECOMMENDED

Remind your references fill out a recommendation form. A quick email from you letting them know you can’t interview until they’ve responded will be helpful. Remember, at least one of these should be a pastoral recommendation.

BE INTERVIEWED

Once we hear back from your references we’ll send you an email link to a page where you can schedule an interview with our staff. The interview normally takes about 30-45 minutes and is a no pressure chat with one of our leadership staff. Be relaxed, answer honestly, and come prepared with questions of your own. We can’t wait to get to know you better!
