Your paperwork has been submitted and emailed to our staff. There may be additional information we will need to gather from you, if so you will receive a follow up email from us. Below you will find a TON more information about summer camp

USDA Forms
Will you be 18 years or younger this summer?
If so we will need you to send us a USDA confidential income statement. Camp Arnold participates in the Summer Feeding programs and in order for measl to qualify we will need a bit of information from you. The “Letter to Partents” explain this. Please have your parents help fill the income statement out. You can return this form via email to Steve Kastama at steve.kastama@usw.salvationarmy.org
How will you get here?
We would hate to leave you at the airport! Please let us know how you plan to arrive. Below you can download a handy little form to fill out and return to Mitch or Steve. If you plan to drive, fly, or walk let us know. And let us know exactly when to plan for your arrival. We are excited to have you here!
