Day Camp (Ages 7 – 12)

Information and rates below only pertain to Day Camp

Day Camp is for kids ages 7 – 12.  Every week during the summer at Camp Arnold we host a Day Camp for the local children. This camp runs along side our resident camp programs and offers campers the chance to experience the camp atmosphere while still being able to return home for the evening. Each day is packed full of fun events that give campers the chance to play and have fun, but also experience God through chapel sessions and the great outdoors.

In order to reserve a spot for your camper to attend Day Camp, you will need to first pre-register them using the link below, pay a $25 per week registration fee and then complete an online application as soon as possible.  Spots are given on a first come basis. In the event that a week fills, your camper may be put on a waiting list. Please contact our office at (253) 847-2511 for more information. Spots typically fill up fast.

The packet linked to below contains paperwork that needs to be filled out, signed, and brought to camp with your camper.

Got Questions?

Use the link provided above (the big green button that says “PRE REGISTER NOW”). You’ll be directed to another site called “classy” and will be able to pick the weeks, and the number of campers you wish to pre-register. You’ll then fill out all of the important information for each camper each week and pay your fees. After your pre-registration is complete we will send you a link to complete the full registration online.

If you’re getting confused, or don’t feel comfortable registering or paying online then please give our office a call.

You will pay a non-refundable, $25 per camper fee for every week they are registered. This fee is handled online at the time of registration. Only register for the weeks you are sure your camper will attend, you can always register for additional weeks at a later time (however, we can’t guarantee spaces later). If you are concerned about limited availability please check with our office to see if spaces are still available. We are unable to hold a spot without the $25 registration fee.

We charge a non-returnable pre-registration fee to limit the number of no-shows each week.  This allows us to reserve spaces for campers but also helps to ensure that the weeks a camper is signed up for are also the weeks that they attend.  Please be sure of the weeks you pre-register your campers as this fee is non-returnable for any reason.  (If Camp Arnold, for any reason, cancels the week of Day Camp that would be the exception and a refund would be given)

Weekly fees are due by the Monday of the session your camper is attending (you can always pay early). Come into our office or give us a call at any time, or drop your camper off on Monday and head to the main office where we will get you taken care of.

If you can’t pay that Monday we may need to send your camper home with you, please contact the front office for any help in making payments prior to the Monday to avoid this. We are willing to work with you to the best of our ability.

To make use of the Multi-Child Discount you must: 1.) register children from the same immediate family (all registrants must be siblings living at the same address), 2.) Register all siblings for the same week/s.

An additional discount is available if you qualify financially via our USDA Income Form.  I

For clarification, or special circumstances, call our office and we will try our best to work with you.

Please call (253) 847-2511 for more information about our Day Camp program.
