2010 Camper Application Forms

Below you will find Camper Application forms and Camp Brochures for our Timberlake, Tahoma and Day Camp Programs.

TIMBERLAKE AND TAHOMA APPLICANTS

Timberlake and Tahoma Applications MUST be returned to the Salvation Army Corps/Service Extension Unit nearest you. Camper registration for our Timberlake and Tahoma Camps is handled through each Corps/Unit individually. Click on the following link and look on the left hand side of the screen to find The Salvation Army nearest you; http://www.salvationarmynw.org/ Please inquire at your local Salvation Army Corps/Unit for session availablity. Not all sessions are availbable for every Corps/Unit.

DAY CAMP APPLICANTS

Day Camp Applications should be returned to the Camp Arnold main office by mail, fax, email, or in person. A one time $25 registration fee is required to in order to reserve placement for you child for your desired sessions.

ALL APPLICANTS

* Please note that the act of downloading and completing these forms does not reserve your child a spot in the respective camp program. Filling out your child's application is only the first step in the process of getting them to camp. If space is available in the camp session you have requested your child will be registered for the camp session, if no space in the requested camp session is available your child may be placed on a waiting list.
