Summer Employment

Rich in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, Camp Arnold offers children of diverse cultures and backgrounds the opportunity to explore and experience the wonder of their relationship to God and to the natural world. You can be a part of this important guiding ministry.

Each summer Camp Arnold hires a staff of 70+ to help minister to the campers.  There are three different camps.  These camps are Timberlake (ages 8-12), Tahoma Wilderness Camp (ages 13-16), and Day Camp (ages 5-12).  There are a variety of different jobs available each summer.  Some positions require a specific skills and certifications, whereas other jobs require more generic skills.

Working at Camp Arnold requires long hours and hard work, but the rewards are great. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the campers' lives.  In addition, you will meet new people from around the Northwest; sometimes even from across the United States and from around the world.

2. Send out 3 reference forms (2 employer/teacher/family friend references and 1 pastor/corps officer/youth pastor reference) with stamped envelopes addressed to :

3. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to set up a time to do a phone interview or schedule an interview at a recruiting site.

4.  Once an interview is done and reference forms received, you will receive a phone call or letter informing you of your employment status.
