Meeting Spaces

We can meet a variety of needs at Camp Arnold. We offer a variety of meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 400 people, and several different types of lodging. Whether you want the comfort of hotel type accommodations or the rustic feel of an A-Frame Cabin, we have what you need. Listed below are the spaces that can be made available, to help you choose what will best suit your group’s needs.

Chapel

Out newly remodeled Chapel can accommodate over 200 people. In addition to a built in sound system and comfortable chairs the Chapel has a foyer that can be used for additional meeting space or for food and drink.  (No food or drink is allowed in the actual chapel – bottled water only).

Timberlake Learning Center (TLC)

The Timberlake Center (TLC) has a gym capable or holding over 400 people as well as the Fir, Alder and Cedar Meeting Rooms.  All meeting rooms include wall mounted TV and a sound system.  Cedar holds up to 100 guests, Alder holds up to 60 and Fir accommodates up to 40 guests.  (Numbers depend upon setup of room.)

Fireside Room

Located in the bottom of Rainier Lodge, this cozy meeting room fits a small group with a great view of the meadow outside.  Tables and chairs are available.  A TV is mounted to the wall inside.  Sound equipment is available if needed.

Cascade Nature Center

Primarily used for Outdoor Education. When not in use this space can be made available for groups to view the pelts, antlers, and other items found around camp.

Recreation Room

When it is not being used as a meeting space the Recreation Room is available to all guests.  Your group can schedule a time to use the Rec Room during your booking.

  • We have other small spaces that are not normally used but can be made available for your group if needed. Let us work with you to craft the perfect setting.

Meeting Equipment

Need Audio or Visual equipment for your meeting space? Let us know what you need. We have a lot to offer, and most of it is included in your retreat cost.

  • Tables and Chairs set up how you want – FREE
  • Small Piano or Keyboard – FREE (if available during weekends with multiple groups).

  • Video Projector – $30
  • Pipe and Drape – $12 per 10′ section

  • Raised Stage Sections – $10 per 4′ x 8′ section
