Lodging

Our lodging will house up to 350 people with accommodations ranging from rustic cabins to hotel style lodges. Below you will find descriptions of our lodging options, however, we have other options available upon request. Just let us know what you need and will we do our best to make your retreat the best experience possible.  GUEST LODGING (section immediately below) includes linens and private/semi-private rooms and bathrooms.  CABINS (section following Guest Lodging below) are the bulk of our accommodations and include two primary types of dorm style cabins.  All are heated and include bathrooms.  Questions?  Let us know.

Guest Lodging (for corporate, or dorm housing, see “Cabins” below)

All of our guest lodging options are hotel style spaces. We provide the linens needed so you don’t need to worry about packing them. Each space is slightly different, so make sure to look at what is available for each and give us a call with any questions.

Cedar Lodge

Hotel style lodging with multiple rooms and bathrooms for added privacy. A front room acts as a meeting space for the lodge with couches, chairs, and TV.

Mountain View

A private studio apartment with its own kitchenette, living room, bathroom and a queen size bed. This lodge has a spectacular view of our lake and makes an ideal location for a guest speaker.

Upper Rainier Lodge

2  rooms with a shared bathroom and common room. This is a great space for a family, or for a guest speaker.

Lower Rainier Lodge

Hotel style lodging located below Upper Rainier Lodge. This lodge area has 2 rooms, each with twin over full bunks, and 2 bathrooms.

Cabins

All of our Cabins have single bunk beds and each building has a shared bathroom inside. We do not provide the linens needed so bring your sleeping bag and pillow!

  • We have linen bundles available for $15 in case you forgot something or don’t want to pack that bulky bedding. If you make arrangements early we will have the bundle set out for you, or you can ask your guest host and will we have one delivered to your lodging right away.

The Mountains

Total Capacity: 48/Cabin

Recently built, our Mountain cabins are two sided units with two common sleeping areas of 22 beds, 2 private “counselors” rooms with 2 beds, and a common entrance area with couches and a fireplace. These cabins each have a large bathroom with a 6 sinks, 6 toilets and 6 showers. The cabins can be split in half using a locking divider located in the bathroom. There are 4 buildings, Mt Rainier, Mt Adams, Mt Baker and Glacier Peak, making up the 4 Cabins. A total of 192 Beds.

Mountain Cabin Layout

Fir Grove

Total Capacity: 13-14/Cabin

Our Fir Grove cabins are two story, barn style units with a common sleeping area of 12 beds and a private “counselors” room with either one (lower) or two (upper) single beds. These cabins each have a one bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. Great for that traditional “camp” feel. There are 5 buildings, Alpine, Noble, Silver, Douglas, and Grand making up the 10 Cabins. A total of 117 Beds.
