Each summer Camp Arnold hires a staff of 70+ to help minister to the campers.  There are three different camps.  These camps are:Rich in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, Camp Arnold offers children of diverse cultures and backgrounds the opportunity to explore and experience the wonder of their relationship to God and to the natural world. You can be a part of this important guiding ministry.

Timberlake (ages 8-12)

Tahoma Wilderness Camp (ages 13-16)

Day Camp (ages 5-12) 

There are a variety of different jobs available each summer.  Some positions require specific skills and certifications, whereas other jobs require more generic skills.  Working at Camp Arnold requires long hours and hard work, but the rewards are great. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of campers.  In addition, you will meet new people from around the Northwest, across the United States and even from around the world.

1. Complete the online application or download an application and mail the completed application.

2. Have your references go to our website and submit a recommendation online using the button below.

Or...Send out 3 recommendation forms (2 Personal Recommendations and 1 Professional Recommendation) with stamped envelopes addressed to :

3. Once we receive your application and at least 2 recommendations, we will contact you to set up a time to do a phone interview or schedule an in-person interview.

4. Once the interview is complete, you will receive a phone call or letter informing you of your employment status.
