Day Camp (Ages 7-12)

At Camp Arnold, we want our campers to experience God in everything they do. Our mission is to use the beautiful setting of our camp as a means to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, teach environmental awareness, encourage positive social behavior and safely provide opportunities for fun and adventure. Many of our campers make lifelong friends from their time at Camp Arnold.

Every week during the summer at Camp Arnold we host a Day Camp for the local children. This camp runs along side our resident camp programs and offers campers the chance to experience the camp atmosphere while still being able to return home for the evening. Each day is packed full of fun events that give campers the chance to play and have fun, but also experience God through chapel sessions and the great outdoors. Most weeks, typically on Fridays, we will have a special event on-site at Camp Arnold.

Day Campers can be 7 to 12 years old.  In order to reserve a spot for your camper to attend Day Camp, you will need to first pre-register them using the link below, pay a $25 per week registration fee and then complete an online application as soon as possible.  Spots are given on a first come basis. In the event that a week fills, your camper may be put on a waiting list. Please contact our office at (253) 847-2511 for more information. Spots fill up fast, so don’t wait to make your camper’s reservation.

Got Questions?

Use the link provided above. You’ll be directed to another site called “classy” and will be able to pick the weeks, and the number of campers you wish to pre-register. You’ll then fill out all of the important information for each camper each week and pay your fees. After your pre-registration is complete we will send you a link to complete the full registration online.

If you’re getting confused, or don’t feel comfortable registering or paying online then please give our office a call.

You will pay a non-refundable, $25 per camper fee for every week they are registered. This fee is handled online at the time of registration. Only register for the weeks you are sure your camper will attend, you can always register for additional weeks at a later time (however, we can’t guarantee spaces later). If you are concerned about limited availability please check with our office to see if spaces are still available. We are unable to hold a spot without the $25 registration fee.

We always have, it’s just being handled a bit differently. Last year was the first time we allowed the option of pre-registering campers online. While this was wonderfully helpful for our planning, it also caused a lot of issues when pre-registered campers didn’t show up to camp. To limit the number of no-shows we’ve amended this fee, which still allows spaces to be reserved but also helps to ensure that the weeks a camper is signed up for are also the weeks that they attend.

Weekly fees are due by the Monday of the session your camper is attending (you can always pay early). Come into our office or give us a call at any time, or drop your camper off on Monday and head to the main office where we will get you taken care of.

If you can’t pay that Monday we may need to send your camper home with you, please contact the front office for any help in making payments prior to the Monday to avoid this. We are willing to work with you to the best of our ability.

In order to receive our multi child discount the campers you are registering for must be in the same immediate family and you must be registering them for the same week. One child will always cost you $145 (plus the $25 registration fee) a week even if you send your son to the first week and your daughter to the second week. For clarification, or special circumstances, call our office and we will try our best to work with you.

Please call (253) 847-2511 for more information about our Day Camp program.
